You’re hiring MissionsWebsites.com to design, build, host, and manage your website for the agreed price and plan. We are committed to being trustworthy digital partners that help your organization thrive online. This agreement defines our roles, timelines, and obligations for a smooth and successful project.
1. Services
We will build, host, and manage your website based on the features of the plan you choose. This includes full setup, mobile-friendly design, hosting, ongoing technical support and more.
2. Project Timeline
Our usual website build time is about 4 weeks. The launch date will be extended for every revision request and delays caused by slow communication.
3. Money Back Guarantee
We will provide the first draft of your website’s homepage. After this, you may continue with the website building process, or you can cancel your contract and request a refund. If you continue building the website, the money-back guarantee no longer applies.
4. Content
You will provide all content by filling out our content form. We will write the copy based on the information you provide and use the images you upload.
5. Payment
You will pay according to your payment plan schedule. All fees are due before services continue.
6. Late Payments
If your payment fails or is past due, we’ll notify you. If it is not resolved within 30 days, we may pause your website and services until payment and past due bills are paid.
7. Cancellations
If you cancel, your website and services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
8. Domain Name Ownership
If we purchased and manage your domain name on your behalf, you still fully own it. We will transfer the domain to you at any time upon request, or when you cancel services. There is no fee for this transfer.
9. Displaying Our Work
We may show examples of our work, including your website, in our portfolio or on other websites and media. As a bonus, these links help your online visibility and SEO. We will include a small credit like “web design by MissionsWebsites.com” on your site. If you want to remove this credit, a $250 fee applies.
10. Indemnity
Both parties agree not to sue or bring any legal action against the other for any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising out of or related to this agreement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Oregon.
